Andrea’s essay about the environmental success story that is the cormorant resurgence in North America is out now in Cottage Life magazine. New books
Andrea has published six new books for kids since 2020. Her latest is Loop de Loop: Circular Solutions for a Waste-Free World (illustrated by Roozeboos, from Groundwood Books 2024). It’s about how we can all embrace the circular economy and it’s aimed at 6-9 year olds. It won the Blueberry Changemaker Award, a
Stepping Stone Honor Award, was shortlisted for the Green Book Award and Bookstagang named it one of its best picture books of 2024 in the Innovative Nonfiction category.
